About the Role

Your culinary skills and attention to detail will lay the foundation for exceptional dining.

Key Responsibilities:

- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients for menu items, including chopping, slicing, dicing, and marinating.
- Recipe Adherence: Follow recipes and portion guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.
- Ingredient Organization: Ensure that all ingredients are properly labeled, stored, and rotated.
- Kitchen Setup: Assist in setting up workstations and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
- Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient levels and report shortages to the kitchen team.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely preparation.
- Quality Control: Assist in ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of taste and presentation.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.


- Prior experience as a Prep Cook or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting for extended periods.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
