Key Responsibilities:

- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items with precision and consistency, following recipes and plating guidelines.
- Station Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of your assigned cooking station.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of taste, presentation, and portion size.
- Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet service deadlines while maintaining food quality.
- Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing ingredient inventory and reporting any shortages.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.


- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
- Culinary degree or equivalent culinary training is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary fundamentals.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
