About the Role
You'll be the bridge between the kitchen and the dining room, adding the finishing touch to our culinary masterpieces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expedition: Work closely with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery.
- Presentation: Ensure that each dish is plated beautifully and in accordance with our standards. -
- Communication: Relay any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
- Table Service: Serve dishes to the appropriate table and provide any necessary assistance.
- Quality Control: Verify that each dish meets our quality and presentation standards.
- Guest Interaction: Interact with guests in a courteous and friendly manner, addressing any inquiries or needs.
- Team Support: Assist the waitstaff and kitchen team as needed, fostering a harmonious work environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Physical stamina for standing and walking for extended periods.
- Previous experience as a Food Runner or in a similar role is a plus.
